Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Foster positive connections with community members, local volunteers, and donor supporters to increase program participation.
• Event Logistics: Manage guest registrations, sign-ups, informational materials, and on-site event logistics professionally.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track daily public engagement, event attendance, and localized impact metrics to help maximize campaign reach.
• Team Collaboration: Brainstorm and coordinate with internal team members and nonprofit partners to execute successful regional outreach strategies.

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required (college coursework in communications, sociology, or marketing is a plus).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a vibrant, public-facing personality.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced, dynamic public settings.
• Flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings, weekends, or special community events as needed.
• Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, or previous volunteer work is highly valued but not required.
