We are expanding our local team and looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Client Representative to represent reputable nonprofit organizations at live events, community outreach campaigns, and face-to-face fundraising initiatives. You’ll be part of a high-energy team that brings critical community campaigns to life by welcoming event attendees, starting face-to-face conversations with potential donors, and explaining our clients' vital missions.
No prior fundraising, sales, or account management experience is required. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training, daily coaching, and hands-on professional development from day one. If you have a background in retail, customer service, hospitality, or restaurant work, your communication skills will transfer directly!



Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Community Outreach: Meet and speak directly with local consumers at community events, retail activations, and public fundraising campaigns.
  • Mission Advocacy: Introduce attendees and community members to premium nonprofit organizations and their charitable missions clearly and confidently.
  • Donor Acquisition: Hold genuine, face-to-face conversations with potential donors and supporters to drive new account sign-ups and long-term pledges.
  • Event Logistics: Assist with morning setup, registration areas, visual promotional materials, displays, and post-event breakdown.
  • Campaign Tracking: Share daily campaign observations, public feedback, and donor acquisition results with team leaders during regular check-ins.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside other customer service reps to accomplish event goals while participating in daily coaching workshops.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (a Bachelor's degree is welcome but not required).

  • Coachable and driven mindset with a strong preference for hands-on, practical learning.
