We are expanding our promotional division and seeking an outgoing Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, community outreach campaigns, and prominent nonprofit initiatives. If you are a people-person who wants hands-on experience in event marketing, public communications, customer service, and fundraising, this is the perfect career launchpad.
No prior event or marketing experience is required. We provide full onboarding, hands-on coaching, and structured professional mentorship from day one. If you have a background in retail, hospitality, or customer service, your face-to-face skills will transfer seamlessly to our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Logistics: Assist with the daily setup, execution, visual displays, asset management, and breakdown of live marketing events.
- Public Engagement: Welcome and actively engage event attendees, community members, and donors face-to-face.
- Nonprofit Advocacy: Share clear, inspiring information regarding nonprofit campaigns, local programs, and charitable initiatives.
- Registration & Sign-ups: Support attendee registrations, process campaign sign-ups, and manage donor information accurately.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor while acting as a brand ambassador for our community and nonprofit partners.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing paid training sessions to sharpen your skills in public speaking, event marketing, and campaign management.
