Event Marketing & Communications Assistant – Entry Level
Our growing promotional division is seeking an Entry-Level Event Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. No prior marketing or sales experience is required. We provide immersive, hands-on experience, interactive team coaching, and structured professional mentorship from day one. Key Responsibilities:
- Event Execution: Assist in planning, setting up, executing, and breaking down daily promotional campaigns, live charity events, and community fundraising initiatives.
- Public Relations: Engage directly with the public, donors, and event attendees face-to-face to drive brand awareness and maximize campaign participation.
- Logistics Management: Help manage on-site event logistics, promotional materials, visual displays, and brand communications content.
- Campaign Tracking: Monitor public participation rates, track donor registration data, and provide feedback to help management optimize future event performance.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow marketing team members with daily project execution, peer cross-training, and morning strategy workshops.
- Creative Contribution: Share innovative ideas and strategic insights to enhance campaign messaging and increase local event impact.
