Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in organizing, setting up, executing, and breaking down daily promotional marketing campaigns and retail pop-up events.
- Consumer Engagement: Interact directly with target audiences to boost brand awareness, deliver key product messages clearly, and drive customer acquisition.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product presentations and brand messaging to educate consumers and generate new leads.
- Inventory & Logistics: Maintain and manage event promotional materials, signage, and display inventory to ensure professional brand representation.
- Market Insights: Collect target audience feedback and track daily event registration metrics to help management optimize future campaign strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Cross-train and collaborate with team members, marketing coordinators, and brand managers to meet regional client targets.
