We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent our clients and help increase brand awareness through customer engagement, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.

This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and is interested in developing skills in marketing, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
• Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences
• Educate consumers about client products and services
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
• Support promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Help increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Communicate customer feedback and campaign results to management
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow client brand guidelines
• Work with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training is provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with people
• Professional and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
• Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or events is a plus
